Dinner at Javier’s in my opinion is too loud for business. I’m in my mid-30s. Maybe on a weekday it’ll be more mild but don’t go for conversation Fri-Sun. Mastros Ocean Club is upscale or its newer sister Ocean 48. RH Ocean Grill is ambient and has great round booths for conversation. A Crystal…

Best food for me is Ocean 48 but it is expensive and also all those other things you mentioned but the food is great
