Not in fullerton, but its a 3-story outdoor mall, the Source in Buena Park, its pretty close to DTF and has a good variety of korean restaurants, shops, and has a good food court too. Strong Water is great for tiki drinks and Polynesian food. They have outdoor seating for walk up or you can check reservations on their website, they might have some inside tables open during the week (inside is a great atmosphere).
