Angel's Tijuana Tacos, Taqueria Los Gueros, Tacos Los Cholos. Special mention for Los de Juarez for a longer, skinnier regional variation of burrito that's different from what you're used to.

Not in fullerton, but its a 3-story outdoor mall, the Source in Buena Park, its pretty close to DTF and has a good variety of korean restaurants, shops, and has a good food court too. Also a pretty big hot spot of korean food is the intersection of Beach Blvd and Malvern, it has good spots on all 4…

E-San Rod-Sap in Anaheim. Fantastic Thai food. Outside looks questionable and it’s attached to a small grocery store.

Aburi in Buena Park is great for AYCE. They have traditional rolls, hand rolls and premium sashimi for about $50 per person.

Smoking tiger in DTF has yummy matcha and unique pastries! And if ur willing to drive a little more (it’s still in fullerton), there’s a cafe called Coffee Code Espresso Bar! They have a delicious spanish latte and their strawberry latte is also good. And i love their cinnamon roll pastry, it’s similar to a morning bun

Not in Irvine but Kyung Bok Kung in Buena Park near Knotts Berry farm is an upscale Korean restaurant and they have private rooms if you want to have a more quiet space for conversation.

Hainanese Chicken Rice · La Palma · 2 source comments
Matiki Island BBQ is a great choice about a mile away from Knott's, on Lincoln just west of Beach.
Musubi Square off La Palma & Magnolia is another one you can try and is good for takeout. My wife picked it up for dinner the other night and the eel musubi taco was awesome.
And a little further out, give Maxwell Chicken Rice off La Palma & Valley View a try for some Hainan chicken rice.
