AYCE Sushi on Edinger and Springdale. I get the all you can eat sashimi and it is ridiculously good, however, the first order you place is always the best, so make sure you order appropriately with the sashimi. Their rolls are great too but I'm a sashimi guy.

Haven't had maru but AYCE on Edinger is great for all you can eat. Sushi on Fire is great for sushi, not all you can eat.
