Zhangliang and Yintang are my favorites. YGF gave everyone I know a stomachache, not sure if the ingredients are not as fresh or their broths aren't made with clean water. Something tastes a bit off at YGF. The Gyutan Ramen is Fast Hotpot, which is also at the District. Personally never tried it but I've never seen it busy.
