Mazzara Trattoria for the best Italian in town, and Black Trumpet is pretty amazing as well. Fiesta grill is definitely amazing and if you want bomb donuts check out the donuttery on beach past Slater.

The Black Trumpet in Huntington Beach is a small but nice favorite of mine. Their Tapas is exceptional and their wine bar is fantastic, it’s a little on the pricey side but it is great for date nights!

Just off the top of my head, Black Trumpet off Beach Boulevard is good. If you're not fixed on HB and like jazz, Spaghettini in Seal Beach is a great spot for dinner and music. Ola at Pacific City is good and has some really nice views.
