Shin sushi in mission viejo. By far the best sushi in south OC that I’ve gotten, and I’ve been to many expensive/popular places. Everyone who goes is a regular and if they’re not already then they are after eating there. The restaurant is only 4 tables and bar seating, it’s intimate and welcoming. Quality unmatched
