The closest one to campus is Pho Ovilia, which is next to the 99cent store. The same plaza as five guys and yoshinoya. Personally I'm not a big fan of their pho so if you're looking for convenience this is the spot. PHO ELLIE! On the right side of State College in a small strip mall about 1 to 2 lights before you hit the 91 (coming from campus). Excellent broth and their brisket is crazy tender. They have a bunch of other stuff you can try like great spring rolls. Good service too.
