4 Sons, Gothard/Ellis and Bella Terra (Gothard is better Riip, PCH/Warner and Magnolia/Garfield Beachwood inside Gothard/Talbert/Slater/Beach and at Warner/Bolsa Chica Flashpoint, Ellis/Gothard All worth checking out.
