LePho across from Westminster Mall is my favorite. I’ve had a lot of pho in the area but this was my go-to place when I lived across the street from it. The meat quality is great, the broth is never watered down, and the teas and coffees are good too. The eggrolls are also great!Read the full comment on Reddit →
