I like Delice Breton in San Juan Cap off of Ortega highway. It's a small little French cafe that mostly a breakfast place. It's in a commercial parking lot, so not the best location but food is good and service is good too. Plenty of parking though, which is why I like it!Read the full comment on Reddit →
