If you’re ok with a lively place Broadway is really great. So is Oliver’s. So is Selanne. The food is great at all 3. You’ll be fine dressed up. If you want quieter selanne and ask for a seat in the dining room not the bar area. If you avoid expensive alcohol these 3 will be about $100 / person.
