Chapter 4 is a speakeasy with an outdoor patio. If you prefer cocktails to beer this is a great quiet spot to hang out! I also second (or third) Bootleggers. Also - I have no idea what Tribune is. I don’t think night owl serves alcohol (coffee shop). Just FYIRead the full comment on Reddit →
