PF Chang’s is def not Chinese food 🤣
Options and styles:
• Capital Seafood in spectrum good for dim sum
• Tasty Garden pretty good Hong Kong style cafe food
• A&J’s for Taiwanese style stuff
• Tim Ho Wan in Diamond jamboree for contemporary Hong Kong dim sum (capital is more traditional)

The only restaurants I can think of in hb where you cook your own food at the table is Gen (korean bbq, not the best kbbq but it'll satisfy the craving) and Gyu-Kaku (japanese bbq, never been but a friend of mine says its good). There's also Shabu (hotpot, also never been but my aunt likes it) which isn't in hb but is nearby in fountain valley.
Here's some of my favorite Chinese restaurants around here:
Classic Chinese Restaurant: tasty Cantonese dishes, only go for dinner though since their lunch menu is not as good
J Zhou Oriental Cuisine: also Cantonese food, dim sum for lunch menu and more traditional dish for dinner, a bit…
Rice and Spice or Poonjabi Tandoor- Indian I Can BBQ- Halal and Korean BBQ House of Shabu Shabu- Hotpot Urban Playes/ Cava Bowl/Chipotle Cho Dang- Korean Tofu soup Hopdoddy - Burgers Snooze- breakfast
i actually really like the malatang place in UTC (its store says gyutan ramen but its fast hotpot) it’s the typical build-your-own bowl and pay per pound i tried YGF, it was flavor wise yummy but so oily when i went?? i can say the same for Zhangliang, too salty when i went i tried show hotpot but only through doordash but it was yummy every time i had it! maybe worth a try irl
