Plumeria Cafe in Laguna Niguel, only open until 2:00pm daily. The Kahlua Pork Chilaquiles are incredible. The Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes, amazing! Just want to point out that I hate blueberries and hubby hates ricotta and we both CRAVE these 🥞
