I just discovered this place called Copenhagen Corner in Laguna Niguel. Its a Danish restaurant. Walked in with no pre-conceived notions. The food is amazing. Its owned by a Danish wife and husband. I have had Copenhagen a few times, I do like their other pastries but I found their Princess Cake to be pretty mediocre tbh. My fave thus far has been Quarter Sheets but the Viktor Bene's ones at Gelson's are decent too.Read the full comment on Reddit →
