Fresh Off the Boat (aka FOB?) in Tustin (and Santa Ana location). Might be the best under the radar restaurant in OC. It is BajaMed style (Mexican Mediterranean fusion with focus on seafood). Fish bowls, tacos, etc. Fantastic value ($12-20). Definitely check it out. Edit: this place will have success no matter where they expand next. I’d invest in a heartbeat.
