Just outside of Huntington Beach, but Ham and Scram on Westminister and Springdale. They open at 5:30 weekdays and 7:00 on weekends. Great for when you are heading out of town early and need something for the road. Salsa is homemade and delicious. Call ahead, and your order is ready in 15 minutes.

For Teochew/Vietnamese food I recommend Kim Ky in Westminster - the #3 assorted meat and shrimp with rice noodles (ask for 1/2 rice noodles and 1/2 egg noodles) with a side of the boiled pork kidney in soy sauce with ginger and bean sprouts. Coming from a Vietnamese/Teochew it's legit! Irrawaddy Taste Of Burma is great for Burmese food in Stanton! The tea leaf salad is so yummy.

Luc Dinh Ky in Westminster! The crispy rice with fried salmon or shaking beef is sooo good. Free herbal tea. Cash only. Grandpa’s Kitchen for dry noodle (or pork bone broth). My favorite is the dry fried chicken noodle!

Ok I am going to suggest Mariscos Los Corales The one in Huntington Beach is on Palmdale off of Warner. They have two other trucks and the one in Santa Ana on Pine Ave is the best (Their fish filets are bigger). Beware the green salsa they serve with it is very spicy.
