Not in Irvine, but Thai Garden in Foothill Ranch is my go-to spot. I'm sure they'll make you what you want if it's not on the menu. Also, highly recommend their Crying Tiger appetizer. Best thing on the menu!

It’s not in Irvine but definitely think it’s worth the drive, but empanada man in lake forest , as well as sals pizzeria are amazing spots
